Pen plating allows you to work on partial areas on a workpiece, allowing you to work on your jewellery with the desired plating colour(s). This unit has a variable voltage control in a light and compact design. Includes: 1 professional plating pen 3 empty plating jars for solutions with twist off lids to avoid spills 3 double ended X-fine/Bullet Felt Tips 1 alligator clip 1 wire holder Use: The plating pen comes with three double sided felt tips to get you started. The contact on the pen is just inside the tip. Soak the tip in the pen plating solution. Set the voltage of the unit using the adjustment knob. Clip the piece to be plated onto the work clip and bring the felt into contact with the piece moving slowly along the surface. It may be necessary to dip the pen back into the solution and repeat.
